Creator & Creative Director
I am a Salvadoran born & New York based community taught visual artist utilizing the streets as a public platform and gallery. Raised in San Salvador until being displaced in the US at 10 I was inspired and taught by my experiences growing up in the aftermath of the civil war in my country to use poster work as a powerful medium to self express.
“Nobody in the world, nobody in history, has ever gotten their freedom by appealing to the moral sense of the people who were oppressing them.”
― Assata Shakur, Assata: An Autobiography
I am led by community, my ancestors, and the elders before me who have paved the way for me to do the work that I do. The Black women & femmes who have created culture- The Queer POC who continually pave the way for all of us. I do this work as my place in this revolution of self taught game changers.
We are the only ones worthy of telling our stories. Our lives, our love, our truths, and our beings must be told with our eyes & our words.
